"Please
Remove This Stuffed Animal From My Head", by Crystal
Jackson of Houston, asks the question "what if it was
different?". Perhaps if I were
you and you were me, and there wasn't a chair for you to sit down in, and
you just wanted to be able to make one decision for yourself without having to
produce 52 pages of documentation notarized by a person with the initials
PY - well, maybe we'd both see things differently. Maybe. |

About the Play When a man (Brian Olsen, right) comes up against a stoic panel of bureaucrats Phil (Chris Brown, left) and Jerry (David Cardone, center), he tries to use humor to persuade them to see it differently. But it takes the intervention of the Boss (Linda MacCluggage, below) to set the decision-making process on its inevitable track. About the Actors Brian Olsen has appeared in many local productions in Connecticut and Rhode Island. He attempts to teach this madness called ‘theatre’ in the Madison school system. He appeared last year in The Intentional Theatre production of Lets Make A Scene. Chris Brown has
lived and studied acting in New York and Los Angeles. A full time wedding
photographer and part-time country bass player, he is a founding member of
the improv group Comedy On Demand.
He appeared as Yvan in The Intentional Theatre production of ‘ART’. David Cardone makes his debut with The Intentional Theatre, having last appeared as Phil in Inspecting Carol with the Nutmeg Players. Favorite roles include a stressed waiter, identical twins (?), a speech-challenged jazz musician (??), and Humphrey Bogart. Linda MacCluggage is the former artistic director of Play
With Your Food lunchtime theater in New London. Linda received
her BFA from Conn College, and was trained at the O'Neill Center's National
Theater Institute. She now mostly acts and directs in Florida where
she lives in the winter with her husband Reid. |
